Payment & Insurance Information

At Sound Resilience Health, we want care to feel both accessible and straightforward. Our team is happy to support you by checking coverage and submitting claims on your behalf. At the same time, we encourage all clients to take an active role in understanding their insurance benefits and any costs that may be their responsibility.

Payment: A valid credit/debit card or HSA/FSA card is required to be on file for all clients. This will be used for self-pay fees, amounts insurance tells us are your responsibility (i.e. copays, deductibles, non-covered services), and in case of late cancellations or no shows. 

Responsiblity: Please disclose all insurance policies you are on. Clients are ultimately responsible for any charges not covered by insurance. This includes situations where a claim is denied due to providing incorrect or incomplete insurance information (such as supplying only secondary insurance), or if your insurance later determines they were not the primary payer.

For new clients: A credit/debit card or HSA/FSA card is required to be on file 48 hours prior to the first session for it to not be cancelled.
