Authentic Emotions: A DBT-Informed Skills Group for Women

Find balance, confidence, and the skills to navigate your emotions with clarity.

When emotions feel overwhelming or “in the driver’s seat,” life can feel out of control—impacting relationships, decisions, and your own sense of self. Authentic Emotions is an 8-week supportive skills group for women who want to understand their emotions, respond rather than react, and live more authentically.

Led by DBT-trained therapist Jenny Tillman, who has personally walked this path, this group blends real-life insight with evidence-based skills like mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. You’ll gain tools to reduce emotional intensity, communicate with confidence, and build a compassionate relationship with yourself.

This is a safe, nonjudgmental space to connect, learn, and grow alongside other women who “get it.” Together, we’ll practice, encourage, and inspire each other toward real and lasting change.
