My name is Genesis, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I'm dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. I utilize Narrative and Psychodynamic therapy, along with Mindfulness and Lifespan Integration. In my practice, I help clients explore their stories, rewrite harmful narratives, and reclaim control over their lives. By integrating various therapeutic approaches, I provide practical tools to manage emotions, navigate relationships, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns. With a focus on anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, spirituality and religious harm, gender, parenting struggles, life stress, and OCD, I offer a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions and make positive changes.
