Reserve Your SpotAbout This Group
Resilient You is a free, virtual group offered by Sound Resilience Health for people who want to better understand themselves and build real, lasting confidence — without committing to individual therapy right away.
Each session focuses on a rotating topic related to self-worth, healthy relationships, and emotional wellness. You'll leave with practical tools you can start using immediately.
This group is open to anyone in Washington State. No prior therapy experience is needed, and there is no cost to participate.
Please note: Resilient You is a psychoeducational group, not a therapy group. Participation does not establish a clinical or therapeutic relationship with the facilitator or Sound Resilience Health. If you are interested in individual therapy, our team would be happy to connect you with one of our providers.

Who This Group Is For
You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. This group is for people who are ready to invest a little time in themselves. You might be:
- Curious about therapy but not sure if it's the right fit
- Struggling with self-doubt, low confidence, or a negative inner voice
- Navigating a difficult life transition or a hard season
- Wanting to better understand your patterns in relationships
- Looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space to learn and reflect
- Interested in mental health but not sure where to start
- Someone who wants support without a big time or financial commitment
Your Facilitator
Erandy Montiel is a licensed social worker associate at Sound Resilience Health. She brings warmth, clinical knowledge, and a genuine commitment to making mental health support accessible to everyone — not just those already in therapy.
Her approach is practical and grounded in the belief that people already have more resilience inside them than they realize. Resilient You is her way of meeting people where they are.
Important Information
As a mandated reporter under Washington State law, the facilitator is required to report any reasonable suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult, regardless of the context in which it is shared.
If a participant appears to be in imminent danger of harming themselves or others, the facilitator may take appropriate steps to ensure safety, including contacting emergency services.
