Mental health care that meets you where you are
At Sound Resilience Health, we work with people navigating all kinds of challenges, whether you have a clear diagnosis or you just know something does not feel right. Our team includes licensed therapists and a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, which means we can offer therapy, medication management, or both depending on what you need.
We serve individuals, couples, and families across Washington state via telehealth, with limited in-person options in Stanwood and Arlington. Most major insurance plans are accepted and most clients are able to get started within one to two weeks.
Anxiety
Anxiety shows up differently for everyone. Constant worry, racing thoughts, panic attacks, social anxiety, or a persistent sense of dread that follows you through the day. Whatever it looks like for you, our therapists are experienced in helping people find relief and build lasting tools for managing anxiety in real life.
Depression
Depression is more than feeling sad. It can look like exhaustion, numbness, withdrawal, loss of motivation, or a quiet sense that nothing is going to get better. Our providers work with people experiencing depression at every level of severity, helping them reconnect with themselves and find a path forward.
ADHD
ADHD affects focus, organization, impulsivity, relationships, and self-esteem in ways that go far beyond difficulty sitting still. We offer both therapy and medication management for ADHD, meaning your care can be coordinated and comprehensive in one practice.
Trauma and PTSD
Traumatic experiences leave marks that do not always follow a predictable timeline. Our therapists are trained in trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, helping clients process what happened and reclaim a sense of safety and stability in their lives.
Relationship and Couples Concerns
Relationships are complicated. Communication breakdowns, trust issues, life transitions, conflict patterns, and intimacy concerns are all things our therapists work with. We offer couples therapy for partners who want to rebuild, strengthen, or navigate a significant change together.
Life Transitions
Starting a new chapter, ending a relationship, changing careers, becoming a parent, losing someone, or simply feeling like you have lost your footing. Life transitions of all kinds can bring up emotions that are hard to process alone. Our therapists help people navigate change with clarity and support.
Grief and Loss
Grief is not linear and it does not have a timeline. Whether you are processing the loss of a person, a relationship, an identity, or a chapter of your life, our therapists provide a space to grieve fully and move through it at your own pace.
Women's Mental Health
From postpartum concerns to PMDD, perimenopause, and the unique pressures women navigate across the lifespan, Sound Resilience Health offers specialized support for women's mental health needs. Our psychiatric nurse practitioner also provides hormone-informed care when clinically appropriate.
Mood Disorders
Bipolar disorder, cyclothymia, and other mood conditions require thoughtful, consistent care. Our team works with clients experiencing mood instability to develop treatment plans that provide structure, symptom management, and long-term stability.
Stress and Burnout
Chronic stress and burnout affect how you think, feel, and function. Whether it is coming from work, caregiving, relationships, or the weight of everything at once, our therapists help clients identify what is driving the overwhelm and build sustainable ways to manage it.
OCD
Obsessive-compulsive disorder is often misunderstood and undertreated. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches including exposure-based treatment to help clients reduce the grip OCD has on their daily lives.
Social Anxiety
Fear of judgment, avoidance of social situations, difficulty speaking up, or dreading interactions that others seem to navigate easily. Social anxiety is treatable and our therapists have experience helping clients build confidence and ease in the situations that feel most difficult.
Adolescent and Teen Mental Health
The teenage years bring unique pressures, identity questions, academic stress, social dynamics, and emotional intensity. Our therapists work with teens to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where young people can be honest about what they are going through.
Metabolic Health and Weight Management
Sound Resilience Health offers medically supervised weight loss medication management through our board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. For clients interested in a medical approach to weight and metabolic health, this program pairs medication with optional behavioral health support for better long-term outcomes.
