I'm Christina Carbajal, a graduate student intern at Winebrenner Theological Seminary, practicing under the clinical supervision of Christopher Davis, MA, LMHC (Lic#: LH61197698). I come to this work with a health minded approach, shaped by previous roles in both physical and mental wellness. That background gives me a whole person view of care: I don't just look at what's happening emotionally, I pay attention to how the body, mind, and daily habits are all connected to how someone feels and functions.

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, not clinical. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and supported as we work through whatever brought you here, whether that's anxiety, stress, life transitions, or just wanting to understand yourself better. I'm honored to walk alongside my clients as they build the tools and insight they need to move forward.

My approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood rather than judged or “fixed.” This is something we can do together as we slow things down and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface.
